Another Oklahoma Softball Regional to Be Televised

Sooners Open Play at NCAA Regional on Friday

Game to Be Aired on ESPN+

Oklahoma’s first game of the NCAA Softball Tournament will be televised. The Sooners will open play in the Norman Regional on Friday at 1:30 p.m. CT against Wichita State. The game will be aired on ESPN+.

Oklahoma is the No. 1 seed in the Norman Regional. The Sooners are 51-2 this season and have won their last 13 games.

Wichita State is the No. 4 seed in the regional. The Shockers are 39-13 this season and won the Missouri Valley Conference Tournament to earn an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.

The winner of the Oklahoma-Wichita State game will advance to play the winner of the game between No. 2 seed Oregon State and No. 3 seed Princeton on Saturday.

The championship game of the Norman Regional is scheduled for Sunday at 1 p.m. CT. The winner of the regional will advance to the Super Regionals.
